Built things. Real things. Things that had to work.
These are not concept sketches or staging mockups. These are active systems running live production traffic.
Legacy Rescue
A fintech client was paying $12,000/month for a monolithic API cluster that crashed multiple times daily. Connection leaks and poor queue configurations caused transaction write times to exceed 10 seconds.
We intervened to isolate memory bottlenecks. We decoupled the high-throughput payment processing layer, rewriting critical endpoints in Go and compiling them into Cloudflare Workers to run directly at the network edge.
Studio Pret
Studio Pret's e-commerce storefront crashed consistently during collection launches. Their legacy database connections locked up under concurrent traffic, resulting in lost shopping carts and abandoned checkout flows.
We rebuilt the application using Svelte and migrated the backend entirely to Cloudflare's serverless platform. By utilizing Cloudflare D1 for transactional data and Cloudflare KV for high-speed catalog caching, the platform now handles massive traffic spikes automatically.
Zabdoc
The SZABIST portal exports grades and student metadata in raw, unstructured formats. Students spent excessive time manually copying grades and formatting standard cover pages for assignment packages.
Hammad built a stateless compiler in Go that parses unstructured data exports instantly. Paired with a Svelte drag-and-drop dashboard, it extracts student metadata and compiles standard, clean PDF coversheets in milliseconds.
